I have an issue with my control panel that it will open for a few seconds then close.

I've looked all over the web for this problem and most say its to do with Nvidia graphic card drivers, as I has an onboard Intel 945gm this doesn't seem to be an issue. I am now thinking it may be spy/spam/mal ware.

Log below, if anyone can see anything I should be concerned about it would be much appreciated.
