Hi impervius, and Welcome to SWI

I suggest printing out each set of instructions and reading the entire post before proceeding. It will make following them easier. Please follow the directions in the order listed.

Please disable your Windows Defender Real-time Protection as it may interfere with the fixes that we need to make.

Open Windows Defender.
Click on Tools, General Settings.
Scroll down and uncheck Turn on real-time protection (recommended).
After you uncheck this, click on the Save button and close Windows Defender.
After all of the fixes are complete it is very important that you enable Real-time Protection again.

Clean your Cache and Cookies in IE:
  • Close all instances of Outlook Express and Internet Explorer
  • Go to Control Panel > Internet Options > General tab
  • Click the "Delete Cookies" button
  • Next to it, Click the "Delete Files" button
  • When prompted, place a check in: "Delete all offline content", click OK
Clean your Cache and Cookies in Firefox (In case you also have Firefox installed):
  • Go to Tools > Options.
  • Click Privacy in the menu on the left side of the Options window.
  • Click the Clear button located to the right of each option (History, Cookies, Private Data).
  • Click OK to close the Options window
Alternatively, you can clear all information stored while browsing by clicking Clear All.
A confirmation dialog box will be shown before clearing the information.
Clean other Temporary files + Recycle bin
  • Go to start > run and type: cleanmgr and click ok.
  • Let it scan your system for files to remove.
  • Make sure Temporary Files, Temporary Internet Files, and Recycle Bin are the only things checked.
  • Press OK to remove them.

Please download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from Here

Double Click mbam-setup.exe to install the application.
  • Make sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
  • If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
  • Once the program has loaded, select "Perform Quick Scan", then click Scan.
    • If you still can't download MBAM from the above link, download it on a clean system, burn it to CD/DVD (don't use a USB flash drive, it could become infected and spread an infection to any system you insert it into).
    • If the program won't start, go to MBAM's program folder (normally C:\Program Files\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware), rename mbam.exe to a random file name (keep the .exe extension) and double-click on it to start the program.

  • The scan may take some time to finish,so please be patient.
  • When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
  • Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
  • When disinfection is completed, a log will open in Notepad and you may be prompted to Restart. (See Note)
  • The log is automatically saved by MBAM and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM.
  • Copy & Paste the entire report in your next reply along with a fresh HijackThis log.

Note:
If MBAM encounters a file that is difficult to remove, you will be presented with 1 of 2 prompts.
Click OK to either and let MBAM proceed with the disinfection process.
If asked to restart the computer, please do so immediately.

Now you need to run HijackThis and click "Do a system scan only." Place a check next to the following entries (if they are still there):

O2 - BHO: (no name) - {5C255C8A-E604-49b4-9D64-90988571CECB} - (no file)
O17 - HKLM\System\CCS\Services\Tcpip\..\{7220DFDB-BDD5-43B5-86A4-501AAFBD5E78}: NameServer = 85.255.112.25,85.255.112.165
O17 - HKLM\System\CCS\Services\Tcpip\..\{88922DDF-8C3C-4F89-B52F-9E1D04E8C8E2}: NameServer = 85.255.112.25,85.255.112.165
O17 - HKLM\System\CCS\Services\Tcpip\..\{C38BE6B8-B512-4032-AE23-C603141E451C}: NameServer = 85.255.112.25,85.255.112.165
O17 - HKLM\System\CS1\Services\Tcpip\Parameters: NameServer = 85.255.112.25,85.255.112.165
O17 - HKLM\System\CS2\Services\Tcpip\Parameters: NameServer = 85.255.112.25,85.255.112.165
O17 - HKLM\System\CCS\Services\Tcpip\Parameters: NameServer = 85.255.112.25,85.255.112.165

Now close all browser and other windows except for HijackThis, and click "Fix Checked" to have HijackThis fix the entries you checked.

Go to Start > Run, type in CMD and hit the Enter key
In the CMD window that opens, Copy/Paste: ipconfig /flushdns
If you type this in, note the space between the g /f
It needs to be there.

Restart your system and post a new HijackThis log, the log from MBAM, and note any errors encountered.
