Unable to post to malware forum

When trying to post to the malware forum I get an error message "Sorry, you do not have permission to start a topic in this forum". I've already tried logging off and loging back on. I've read the FAQ and the help documentation and I can't determine what the problem is. I appreciate any help.

You should be able to post as you are validated.

I'm having the same issue as the original poster. Signed up & clicked the activation link in the email, but I can't post within the Malware forum. I get the "you do not have permission" message.

You might have clicked the wrong link in the email? (In addition to the activation link, there is also a plain link to the forum. )
