Microsoft distribution list isn't working My distribution list mailing isn't working

When I try to send out a mass emailing I get a message back saying:

"An unexpected error has occurred."

If I double click on the title of the distribution list in my contacts I get a message:

"The name or distribution list has been deleted and is no longer a valid Address Book entry. An internal support function returned an error."

I have read the Spyware Forum FAQ and followed all the instructions. This is probably a simple problem, but damned if I know what it is.

The version of Outlook may also help in finding a solution.
