Okay, I started a topic on Oct 21, but I don't know how to get the link to it because it's gone. I'm really not very computer-savvy. I was asking why windows installer keeps trying to configure search settings 1.2

Can I still find it somewhere? Was it replied to? Thanks!

I'm sorry, but indeed it is gone. (I wasn't aware that any posts from Oct 21 were lost.) Please re-create your topic.

Hi - I re-wrote the topic yesterday in the pc troubleshooting topic. Okay, i knew i wrote it around October 21 - I'm not sure of the exact date b/c all evidence is gone. Thanks!
