Trusted Advisor: You can rely on them for excellent help.

Helper: The Helpers are trained and experienced and usually have good suggestions.

Helper Trainee: New helpers who are learning their way around under supervision. They can pass an emailed exam to get promoted to Helper; they can take the exam whenever they are ready. To become a Helper Trainee, just read and reply to The Boot Camp here. All are welcome.

Note: People whose Group is Member have no standing as helpers, and their advice should be regarded sceptically. We try to catch and fix anything dangerous, misleading, or inadequate, but can't always get there in time.
