    thank you.
    the computer is my wifes computer. and it got a virus years ago that made stop working entirely and the computer
    sat vacant for a year. then i restored it back to its factory settings. so it was back to just like it came out of the box.
    and it was fine. untill a few months ago. so if i do that again and be more carefull do you think it will be ok to use.is
