Basically the issue is.
1. After a while of not using the web browser (or sometmes while using it), it stops working. The symptoms shown for me is that pictures will stop working first, then the pages wont load properly and finally not at all.
2. This does not effect peer to peer, MSN or online gaming.
3. It effects all browsers

The browser doesn't fully stop working, though it is easy to think it does. Its more along the lines of failing to load a web-page, but if you keep spamming the "Go" button to load one, or keep hitting the return key, eventually it will load it. This issue seems to arise for various reasons, and possibly not all of them are connected, but in every case I've read about, the issue does not stem from some spyware or virus (as far as anyone could tell). Rather it seems to be some problem with handling port 80 requests, as the browser only has issues loading http sites, not https.
Numerous things seem to fix it temporarily, for example ipconfig /flushdns would make everything run fine for a few minutes but soon after the issue persists. Restarting the network adapter, or the pc itself also fixes the problem but only for a few minutes. Really could use some help with this, as I've been surfing looking for help over 10 hours now, hope someone has some suggestions I can try. I'll also post a hijackthis log so incase you happen to need it, you can review it:
