I am having several problems which I’ve summarised below:

* Error Message: Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience. - I constantly get this error message whilst ‘trying’ to browse. I get this message every 1/2 minutes, then my computer closes all IE windows.

*About: Blank / Spyware Browser - Every time I start-up my PC and open IE, I am directed to a bogus/dodgy search engine. I’m unable to remedy this via Internet Options, however, if I run CWS Shredder and reopen IE I am directed to 'About: blank.' However, when I restart my PC it reverts to the bogus search engine.

* Internet Address URLs - If I try and type in a URL in the address field I get the following error message: Cannot find 'www.blahblah.com'. Make sure the path or Internet address is correct. Consequently, the only way I can browse is via the search field in the MSN toolbar.

I have installed Spybot (to no avail) and enclose my HijackThis log as suggested.

I would be extremely grateful for any advice - Many thanks
