It's most probably a part of those Trojan.DNSChanger variants.
They Hijack your google and other searches and redirect you to totally unrelated sites than the ones you have been searching for. In most of the cases, these are porn sites.
If you want help with removal, post a HijackThislog in the right part of this forum (in malware removal here).
Or, perform a search here for FixwareOut and you'll see that running the Fixwareout-fix should solve your problem as well.
