Keep getting unwanted "Select Skin File" pop-up when starting Internet Explorer

Can someone help me diagnose this problem? I keep getting a "Select Skin File" pop-up window everytime Internet Explorer starts and for each additional IE window opened from links on webpages. I have run virus scans and Ad-aware scans and came up with nothing. I have Windows WP SP2 and am using Internet Explorer 6.0. I ran the hijackthis program as instructed from another website and pasted the logfile here:
