Hi all,

...but obviously inexperienced in properly cleaning up pop up sadvertising.

Please, I need your help. I can't get rid of pop up under advertising on my own PC.
Here's what I've done so far.
Scanned and cleaned up everything with ad aware, spy bot search and destroy, counterspy, and checked PC with the latest symantec antivirus definitions. All apparently clean now...
Installed Panic ware pop up stopper free edition.
Disbaled java in IE6.
Added numerous popped up sites to my restricted list in IE6's security settings.
Cleaned up a couple of possible causes from my hijack this log.
Deleted all temp, cookies and cache.

My number of pop ups has dropped dramatically but I an still being hit by popupunder, adserevenue, paypopup.com and the odd screensaver, and vegas casino page.
I can't figure it out. Very frustrating, because I have successfully cleaned up numerous other infected PCs over the years.
What I have determined is that there were a couple of internet cache files called pop1[1].htm that could only be removed by a safemode reboot, but these are now gone.

Do you have any suggestions or do I need to upload a log file for you all to laugh at?
