Virus/Spam removed? Hijackthis log double check Please

This friends system had a virus and plenty of spyware, I think I have managed to remove them all, but could do with a second opinion.

Also I've tried uninstalling msn messenger and the copy1 for the epson R320 printer, but they show up in the log? Can I let HiJackThis remove these?
