I have heard from others that normally svchost.exe should be found in C:\WINDOWS\system32

However, i can find it in other places
1. C:\WINDOWS\Prefetch "SVCHOST.EXE-2D5FBD18.pf"
2. C:\WINDOWS\pchealth\ErrorRep\UserDumps

So is my computer infected? In fact i have scanned my computer, but i didnt show any problem....

Should i remove the "SVCHOST.EXE-2D5FBD18.pf" from C:\WINDOWS\Prefetch ?
Is it just delete it inside the SAFE MODE or ....?

Plz help !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thx a lot !!!!!!!!!!

Sorry you’ve had to wait for a few days but all of the helpers here are volunteers and we’ve been really busy recently.

If you still need help, please post a fresh HijackThis log into this thread so I can make sure nothing has changed and I will be happy to review it for you.
