JS spawn and no close

My understanding is the - JS.a spawn - is a java script bug that keeps sending info to a web site...hence the reason I'm getting loads of finds in adaware...I'm also using spyblaster.

I think I also have the js.noclose :{ and javabyte

Despite searching goole I can't seem to find a cure...I used trend micro...however that just keeps skipping it despite all the latest downloads.

I took a hijack this scan...but nothing shows (tha's my proxy btw):
