Dogged by hijacker. Pls Help

Keep getting porn popup windows when using IE. I have scanned my comp with norton, xcleaner free, CWSshredder, spysweeper, adaware and spybot S&D. They have remoevd some stuff but the popups continue. Also, I can't scan in safe mode becuase my keyboard doesn't initialise untill windows starts. I'm using windows 2000.
