Okay, daizy you're looking good. Run a new HJT scan and mark these for removal in HJT:

R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,HomeOldSP = about:blank

R3 - URLSearchHook: (no name) - {1C78AB3F-A857-482e-80C0-3A1E5238A565} - (no file)

O8 - Extra context menu item: &iSearch The Web - res://C:\WINDOWS\System32\toolbar.dll/SEARCH.HTML

That's it for evil leftovers - here are a few optional items to consider:

You have RealPlayer running at Startup and this is not necessary. You can fix this with HJT, but you will also need to set it not to load in RealPlayer itself to keep it from resetting itself. This is the item to fix in HJT:

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [TkBellExe] "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Real\Update_OB\realsched.exe" -osboot

This item is considered to be a resource hog that may not be needed to run at startup. You will still be able to start it manually if you need it.

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [QuickTime Task] "C:\Program Files\QuickTime\qttask.exe" -atboottime

This is a program added when you run installations for cable internet service. It is not needed for you to connect to the internet.

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [BJCFD] C:\Program Files\BroadJump\Client Foundation\CFD.exe

After you've marked your choices, make sure there are no browser or Windows Explorer windows open and click Fix Checked.

Reboot your system and you should be good to go.
