I keep seeing wtoolsa.exe in my list of programs running, and I have a constant hourglass next to my cursor unless I end the program. I've run lavasoft and deleted the infected files it finds, but apparently I haven't gotten rid of everything yet. Would appreciate any help. Thanks.

Please get CWShredder from the link in my signature and save it to the desktop, then close all programs and run it. Click "Fix" and let it remove what it wishes to.

Once it's done, reboot, scan with HJT again, and post the new log.
Signature file is under revision. This will be back shortly.

Thanks for responding to my post, Tuxedo Jack. I followed your instructions and CWShredder indicated that my system was completely clean. However, I still have WToolsA.exe running in my program list and my cursor keeps doing strange things. In any case, here's my most current log from HJT:

Okay, click the link in my signature marked "Trend Micro Housecall" and let it scan your PC.

Let it remove whatever it wants to, then use the link in my signature to download Grisoft AVG. Get your license code via your e-mail, then install it and reboot. When you reboot, update AVG, skip the rescue disks, and let it fully scan your machine.

Let _it_ remove what it wants to, then scan with HJT again and post the new log.
Signature file is under revision. This will be back shortly.

Never mind about responding to my last post. I found a site that had a posting about how to fix the problem I was having, and I've taken care of it now. Thanks for looking, and thanks especially to Tuxedo Jack for his help.

How about sharing that site address with the rest of us? I know I could sure use help with the same problem and I've been having no luck!
