Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Today I removed the Parite.a virus (hopefully), as well as a couple smaller ones. I had a virus that messed around with svchost.exe, causing it to use about 99% of system resources and bog down my computer.. I don't know if that one's gone or not.

I would like to know what to remove, so I can get rid of the viruses for good.
