Hey, I am getting the wowfx.dll issue.

Kapersky wont work.
F-Secure wont work as AOL is the only browser that opens. I am getting the shell.exe is not valid every time i start the computer. McAfee keeps saying that I have a seriously infected file and i should run a scan. I click OK and this happens again and again. Every time i open a new program, i get the wowfx.dll is not a valid image error. IE won't open and stay open. My comp runs extremely slowly otherwise. Can you help please? HJT and AVG results below. I used HJT 2.0.0.2 because i tried to download the new one and i got the wowfx.dll error and the old one wont close. Thank you for your help!
