Hello, I hope you can help.
I have read your FAQ's and can't find anything that will fix my problem.
I have an unwanted home page on IE6, I am able to re-set my homepage, but on every re-start of IE, unwanted page comes back. Also I have endless popups.
Spybot finds 2 references to coolWWWsearch that it says it can't fix, says that a re-boot may allow a fix, but it doesn't.
CW shredder tells me that my system is completely clean.
I have a hijack this report that may help, but I can't see that it's possible to attach that here. Do I only submit that if asked?

Thankyou, Steve.

Download *Hijack This!*

Unzip to a folder other than your Desktop or the Temp folder. Then, doubleclick HijackThis.exe, and hit "Scan".

When the scan is finished, the "Scan" button will change into a "Save Log" button.
Press that and copy & paste its contents here.

Most of what it lists will be harmless or even essential, don't fix anything yet. Someone will be along to tell you what steps to take after you post the contents of the scan results.
