      IE 11 copy/paste problem

It has come to our attention that people using Internet Explorer 11 (IE 11) are having trouble with copy/paste to the forum. If you encounter this problem, using a different browser like Firefox or Chrome seems to get around the problem. We do not know what the problem is, but it seems to be specific to IE 11 and we are hopeful that Microsoft will eventually fix it.

I have followed all of the instructions from your forums but can't get rid of the CWS virus. During the past 8 hours I have tried every combination of Hijack, Ad-aware, AboutBuster etc - but the problem remains - Every time I open a new browser, I am taken to res://isliv.dll/index.html#27063.

I would be very grateful if someone out there could offer some assistance.

I believe I should include the most recent HijackThis log - so here it is . . .

Bump.

I have been following others who have been enduring the same hijack nightmare. It would appear that I have to run HijackThis and mark:

O2 - BHO: (no name) - {A541894B-C86A-8962-F3E2-97BAA47E704A} - C:\WINDOWS\sysjr.dll.

Then run AboutBuster in safe mode.

Can someone confirm that I am on the right lines - I don't want to delete something I may need.

Thanks
