Hi,
I've read the FAQ and have tried to download Ad-Aware and Spybot onto my computer, yet neither one of those programs seem to be responding. My computer won't allow them to be downloaded. However, HijackThis was downloaded on to my system with little to no trouble. I have gone through the process of scanning my computer with HijackThis, and this is what I came up with:

Looks like you have several problems, including EZula and Wintools. Unfortunately, not being able to download Spybot makes things a bit more difficult. The first thing we'll try to do is get you to the point where you CAN download Spybot. Go into Hijack This and place a check mark next to the following entries:

O2 - BHO: (no name) - {87766247-311C-43B4-8499-3D5FEC94A183} - C:\PROGRA~1\COMMON~1\WINTOOLS\WTOOLSB.DLL
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [WinTools] C:\Program Files\Common files\WinTools\WToolsA.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\RunServices: [WinTools] C:\Program Files\Common files\WinTools\WToolsA.exe
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [eZmmod] C:\PROGRA~1\ezula\mmod.exe

Then click the "Fix Checked" button. This isn't everything, but should get rid of some of the more hardcore stuff. Reboot the machine after this and attempt to download Spybot again. If you can - run it and remove whatever it finds. If not, post a new Hijack log, and we'll take it from there. Good luck!
