You have the BKDR_CCT.A backdoor virus/worm on your computer. See
Trend website for details.
As a start, get an on line scan at Housecall. Let it fix/delete everything it finds. If it unable to delete a file, make a note of the filename, and location. Post that information with your log, after doing some more cleanup.

Have Hijack This fix all of the following by placing a check in the appropriate boxes and hitting fix checked. Make sure all browser and all Windows Explorer windows are closed before fixing.

O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [NDrv] C:\WINDOWS\System32\NDrv.exe

Reboot and delete

files
C:\WINDOWS\MXOALDR.EXE
C:\WINDOWS\System32\yqmxxzuq.exe
C:\WINDOWS\svchost.exe
C:\WINDOWS\System32\NDrv.exe
All files in the C:\DOCUME~1\Alan\LOCALS~1\Temp folder

These may be hidden files. See HERE for how to show hidden files.

Please post a followup Hijack this log, and say if your problems persist.
