HI!
Please help....something has happened to my computer. Internet Explorer is always redirected to this strange search page, I can't sign on to any internet site with a password and user name (including msn explorer + messenger), Norton will not scan, and it is extremely slow online. I have followed all the instructions, including running Spybot and HijackThis, and I am not sure what to do with my log. I need all the help I can get! Thanks!

First, from Add/Remove Programs, uninstall Help Express/Alset, if listed.

Have Hijack This fix all of the following by placing a check in the appropriate boxes and hitting fix checked. Make sure all browser and all Windows Explorer windows are closed before fixing.

O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [HELPEXP.EXE] C:\Program Files\Alset\HelpExpress\Jennifer Ingalls\Client\HelpExp.exe

Reboot and delete

folders
C:\Program Files\LINKCI~1
C:\Program Files\SHOWTO~1
C:\Program Files\Alset

These may be hidden files. See HERE for how to show hidden files.

Please post a followup Hijack this log, and say if your problems persist.
