Hi,

Before you begin, please print out the following instructions so that you can follow along as we go.
  • Download About:Buster and CWShredder from the links in my signature.
  • Unzip and put them in their own folders.
  • Double click CWShredder and Check for update. Allow it to download all the necessary updates. Do not run either one yet.
  • Close out all the internet explorer and don't start it again until the removal process is completed.
Fixing the HIJACKTHIS log
Please look over the following entries I have listed, check them and Press the "Fix Checked" button with HijackThis.
When you are doing this, make sure you have NO Internet Explorer windows open.
  • O2 - BHO: (no name) - {15EAF32F-E910-66D5-9145-A0FEDA5A8A51} - C:\WINDOWS\netqt.dll
  • O2 - BHO: (no name) - {1FF3C680-15C2-D623-5DC8-97AEC3A3E57C} - C:\WINDOWS\system32\crhy32.dll
  • O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [eqzxdthawurl] C:\WINDOWS\System32\yxspsl.exe

  • O4 - HKLM\..\RunOnce: [ntrt.exe] C:\WINDOWS\system32\ntrt.exe
Delete these .exe's

Press ctrl|alt|delete, this will load up the task manager, click on Image Name and find all the exe's listed below and click End Process. Follow the directory and delete these exe's. Reboot your computer.

C:\WINDOWS\System32\yxspsl.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\ieoz.exe

Before you begin, please print out the following instructions so that you can follow along as we go (including instructions how to use Spybot and Adaware if you don't know how to use them).

Disable BHO
In internet explorer goto Tools|Internet Options|Advance|Enable third party extension <= Uncheck this and click OK.

Anti spyware tools needed
Download Spybot and Ad aware and scan your computer with these free anti spyware software but hold off until the end.
  • Ad-Aware<=Follow the link to learn how to download, install and use Ad aware.
  • Spybot Search and Destroy <= Follow the link to learn how to download, install and use SpyBot.
Remove random .dll
Close out all instances of internet explorer. Follow the directory and find chry32.dll
  • C:\WINDOWS\system32\crhy32.dll
Right click on chry32.dll and select open with Notepad. Select everything in there by pressing CTRL-A and then delete.
Go to File and then Save. Close out of the Notepad.

Delete these .exe's

Press ctrl|alt|delete, this will load up the task manager, click on Image Name and find all the exe's listed below and click End Process. Follow the directory and delete these exe's.
  • C:\WINDOWS\system32\sysun.exe
  • C:\WINDOWS\system32\mfcgt.exe

Hi,

Did you reboot your computer already? If no, follow the directory and open java32.dll with Notepad. Delete everything in it and save.

C:\WINDOWS\javacs32.dll.
