hijacked? no homepage

Hi, I keep losing my homepage. i used adware and spybot but the next day the samething happened my hopepage was deleted.

I have just found that lsass is a virus...does anyone know how to easily remove it? i tried a few vires scanner such as stinger but none seem to detect it :(
