I have run hijackThis and have tried to fix the res://wyivw.dll/index.html#12802 start and search page, but it just keeps coming back. I have also run adaware and spybot with all the latest updates and nothing seems to be working. Please help me someone! :techsupport:

Hey hockeyfreak64,

Looking at your log it looks like you had the same problem I had. Try this:

Visit http://www.ducky.atribune.org and download About:Buster. Save it to your desktop.

Run HJT(v1.98.0) and delete all suspicious files. I deleted everything.

Close all windows. Start About:Buster. Click ok, click start, click ok. Once it is done then reboot.

If this does not work then reboot in safe mode (tap F8). Run HJT and About:Buster again.

My first attempt failed, but once I did this in safe mode it worked!
