I have gone thru the steps in the FAQ and connot solve the problem. I was unable to locate the known BHO list to determine if I had that problem in my log. Here is the log from HJT. Please advise.

Hi msgmkt,

First, please put HJT in a Permanent folder.
Click My Computer, then C:\
In the menu bar, File->New->Folder.
That will create a folder named New Folder, which you can rename to "HJT" or "HijackThis". Now you have C:\HJT\ folder. Put your HijackThis.exe there, and double click to run it.
This will allow backups to be made and saved By hijackthis in case something goes wrong
Follow this link http://www.netstar.me.uk/hjt/hjt.html if you need help.

About:Buster has been updated, so let's try this:
Please download About:Buster and unzip it to your desktop.
Start it, hit Ok, Start, And Ok to start the scan. It will generate a log. Post that log along with a new Hijack this log here.

Hi msgmkt,

Still shows your hijack. Let's clean your log, then try it again.

You need to put HJT in a permanent folder, and there is an updated version out now.
So, download HijackThis from http://www.spywarein.../HijackThis.exe and create a log.
Unzip HijackThis to a folder other than your Desktop or the Temp folder, and put in in a permanent folder (such as C:\Program Files\HijackThis\HijackThis.exe)

Follow this link http://www.netstar.me.uk/hjt/hjt.html if you need help.
_____

Then Remove SpyKiller from your Add/Remove Programs. It gives false positives used as goad to purchase.
Please stick with Spybot and AdAware.

While still in your Add/Remove Programs,
(Click Start, click Control Panel, and then double-click Add or Remove Programs "Change or Remove Programs")
Remove:
'TwainTech'
and
"WebSavings"
_____

Then, open HijackThis, click Scan, then put a check next to the following entries:

O2 - BHO: (no name) - {000020DD-C72E-4113-AF77-DD56626C6C42} - C:\WINDOWS\twaintec.dll
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {6CF4AC74-AA3B-E3EF-B4E2-B4369DD60441} - C:\WINDOWS\wingt32.dll

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [RunDLL] rundll32.exe "C:\WINDOWS\Downloaded Program Files\CONFLICT.1\bridge.dll",Load
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [WebSavingsfromEbates] javaw -cp "C:\Program Files\WebSavingsfromEbates\System\Code" Main lp: "C:\Program Files\WebSavingsfromEbates"
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [SpyKiller] C:\Program Files\SpyKiller\spykiller.exe /startup

O8 - Extra context menu item: Web Savings - file://C:\Program Files\WebSavingsfromEbates\System\Temp\ebateswebsavings_script0.htm

O16 - DPF: {9C691A33-7DDA-4C2F-BE4C-C176083F35CF} - http://static.flings.../bridge-c19.cab

Now Close all open Windows and browsers (have only HJT open) and click "Fix Checked".

Next, reboot to Safe Mode (tap F8 while restarting) and delete these folders:

C:\WINDOWS\Downloaded Program Files\CONFLICT.1\
C:\Program Files\WebSavingsfromEbates\
C:\Program Files\SpyKiller\

You may have to show hidden files:

Click Start.
Open My Computer.
Select the Tools menu and click Folder Options.
Select the View Tab.
Under the Hidden files and folders heading select Show hidden files and folders.
Uncheck the Hide protected operating system files (recommended) option.
Click Yes to confirm.
Click OK.

Then, reboot normally, and please run About:Buster again, and post a new About:Buster log, and a new HJT log.

You instructed met to:

While still in your Add/Remove Programs,
(Click Start, click Control Panel, and then double-click Add or Remove Programs "Change or Remove Programs")
Remove:
'TwainTech'
and
"WebSavings"

These items are not listed in my ADD/Remove list. Should I proceed with fixing items in the HJT log?

These items are not listed in my ADD/Remove list.  Should I proceed with fixing items in the HJT log?

Yes, please finish the steps recommened.

Also, please download Spybot: Search and Destroy from http://www.allsecpro.../spybotsd13.exe
Check for Updates first, download ALL Updates and Do a Scan.
When finished, make sure ALL RED items have been ticked, and click the "Fix Selected Problems" Button.

I'd Also Recommend you Download AdAware, Another good Antispyware Program From http://www.lavasoftu...pport/download/.
Install The Program and Run it. Make Sure You Click the "Check for Updates" Button before starting a scan.

Before you do a Scan, set up AdAware by clicking the gear wheel at the top and check these options:

General> activate these: "Automatically save log-file" and "Automatically quarantine objects prior to removal"

Scanning > activate these: "Scan within archives", "Scan active processes", "Scan registry", "Deep scan registry", "Scan my IE Favorites for banned sites" and "Scan my Hosts file"

Tweaks > Scanning Engine> activate this: "Unload recognized processes during scanning."

Tweaks > Cleaning Engine: activate these: "Automatically try to unregister objects prior to deletion" and "Let Windows remove files in use after reboot."

Click "Proceed" to save your settings, then click "Start", make sure "Activate in-depth scan" is ticked green then scan your system. When the scan is finished, the screen will tell you if anything has been found, click "Next". The bad files will be listed, right click the pane and click "Select all objects" - this will put a check mark in the box at the side, click "Next" again and click "OK" at the prompt "# objects will be removed. Continue?".

So after you fix those entries in HJT, run these 2 scans, and re-run About:Buster, please post the new HJT and About:Buster logs.

Hello msgmkt,

Can you please find these 4 files (in Bold)

C:\WINDOWS\System32\zysbppc.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\mfcqr32.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\javaqr.dll

C:\WINDOWS\sysjn.exe

Then zip them and send them Here or Here so they can be updated to About:Buster.
Please include the link to this post in your mail.

Then go here and get the newest version of About:Buster (1.25) and run it as you did before, then please post a new HJT and AB log.

I have sent the files to the link with the exception of zyzbppc.exe. When trying to add it to the zip file I received the following message. "no file found or no read permission. I could see the file but could not add it to the zip. Here is my new buster and hjt logs
