i went to my friends house about 2 weeks ago to LAN, you know..play wc3 and such..and brought my computer.
and when i got back...i got tons of stuff..
right when i got home i ran ad-aware..
and it found 100 things..
i usually fine 10-15 things weekely
i was suprised
i was also getting a TON of popups
so i ran virus scanners (housecall.trendmicro.com)
and (macaffee anti virus..however you spell that :/)
nothing seems to be working
i do not know if i have a virus or what..but its pissing me off
is there a virus scanner on-line thats free or something..or is there someway to know whats wrong with my comp..
plz help!

Two on line anti virus scanners are Housecall or Panda A/V.
Try either or even better, both!
Then, if you think there are still problems, download Hijack this
Copy it into its own folder, doubleclick HijackThis.exe, and hit "Scan".

When the scan is finished, the "Scan" button will change into a "Save Log" button.
Press that, save the log, do Ctrl-A to Select All, and copy its contents here. Most of what it lists will be harmless or even essential, don't fix anything yet.
Be wary of strong drink. It may make you shoot at tax collectors, and miss!
