Hey guys,

Here is a detailed explanation of my situation I am running on Windows Vista and my web browser is Firefox,
when I use a search engine once I click on a link it will redirect me to another site, also Firefox crashes.

I have ran Windows defender scan Norton Internet Security scan and IObit Security 360 scan and non have fixed this.
I tried running ad aware scan once it starts scanning the program crashes and then when I try to open it I get an error message stating windows cannot access the specified file, you may not have the appropriate permission to access the item.

so I read the FAQ's and that same problem happened when I tried scanning my computer with Malwarebytes anti-malware,Spybot S&D and with Hijackthis!
so I'm kinda stuck here, hopefully you guys can help me out

thanks in advance
