Can't Delete Bundleware and CoolwebSearch

Ran SpyWare Nuker 2004: Bundleware and Coolwebsearch showed up.

Everyday I use and update: Adaware 6, Spybot and Spyblaster.
In Spyblaster, in Custom Blocking, I created my own list of ActiveX controls. These
include coolwebsearch (many different clsids), bundleware, abetterinternet, igetnet/clearsearch, mywebsearch, Websearch, VX2.aBetterInternet.

Bundleware and Coolwebsearch keep reappearing.
