panda cloud finding zumie & zopt

I use Panda Cloud anti-virus. A full sys scan turns up 2 trojans and 3 adwares. Only 2 of the 5 are neutralized. The ones that aren't are zumie.exe and zopt.exe; there's also a zumie.dll

I've reviewed somethings here (fantastic resource by the way) and followed the basic initial instructions. Ran Malwarebytes (Windows XP svc pck 3 here) and saved the log. Did Hijack This and saved log. Also, have the report generated by Panda. Malwarebytes scan showed "no malicious items detected".

I'm wondering if Malwarebytes is missing the three items or if Panda is mis-diagnosing them as malware when they're really not.

Nothing suspicious was found on your log.

You may see a false/positive in the report.

Try this:

Reset your computer restore point, please note that you will need to log into your computer with an account which has full administrator access. You will know if the account has
administrator access because you will be able to see the System Restore tab. If the tab is missing, you are logged in under a limited account.

1. Turn OFF System Restore.
On the Desktop, right-click My Computer.
Click Properties.
Click the System Restore tab.
Check Turn off System Restore.
Click Apply, and then click OK.

2. Reboot.

3. Turn ON System Restore.
On the Desktop, right-click My Computer.
Click Properties.
Click the System Restore tab.
UN-Check *Turn off System Restore*.
Click Apply, and then click OK.

Run the panda Scan.

Let me know if the problem persists.
