      IE 11 copy/paste problem

It has come to our attention that people using Internet Explorer 11 (IE 11) are having trouble with copy/paste to the forum. If you encounter this problem, using a different browser like Firefox or Chrome seems to get around the problem. We do not know what the problem is, but it seems to be specific to IE 11 and we are hopeful that Microsoft will eventually fix it.

I have a virus that disables Tskmanager, Safe mode, Regedit...Please Help

6 posts in this topic

I have a virus that doesn't allow me to access:

-Task Manager

-Registry Editor

-Safe Mode

-Any website that has anything to do with anti-virus doesn't load

I've tried the Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware software and it finds 6 infected files, deletes them, restarts the computer but the problems still persist. It seems as though Malwarebytes doesn't successfully delete them.

I also try going into safe mode at the computer start-up screen, but no luck.

I select Safe mode, hit Enter and it then shows a load of data and just restarts the computer again to the same screen. It seems like the virus is also not allowing me to go into safe mode.

I'm already tired of reading online and this is where I've ended up.

Hopefully you guys can help me. Thanks

PS, And If I've posted in the wrong section or done something wrong, let me know, I'm new to these websites.

Hi,

I'm nasdaq.

Let see if this tool will reset your permissions to run programs.

Please download and run the following tool to help allow other programs to run. (courtesy of BleepingComputer.com)

There are 4 different versions. If one of them won't run then download and try to run the other one.

Vista and Win7 users need to right click and choose Run as Admin

You only need to get one of them to run, not all of them.

rkill.exe

rkill.com

rkill.scr

rkill.pif

When done try to run the Malwarebytes tool. Post the log is if you can.

I would also like to see a HijackThis log.

Hey thanks for responding. After a couple days, I thought no one was willing to help me so I went to bleepingcomputer.com. Unfortunately I'm already getting help there.

Here's my thread though:

http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topic275481.html

They eventually told me I would have to use HijackThis and post my log in another one of their forums, which is here:

http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topic275981.html <My HijackThis log is in there if you wanna check it out.
