Page cannot load "credential" error

Yesterday, I ran rubber duckies and hijack this. I rebooted in safe mode and used Ad-aware to get rid of the spyware. My homepage seems to be fixed, but some pages are saying that I am unable to view because I don't have proper credential. I have visited the site in the past, could this be becasue there is still remnants of spyware.
