Hi there, obsidian!

First thing you are going to have to do is extract HijackThis into a permanant directory, instead of using the temporary folder. This is an important step because this allows back-ups to be created.

Next, please place a check mark next to the following items in HijackThis and press the "Fix Checked" button:
R3 - URLSearchHook: (no name) - {0428FFC7-1931-45b7-95CB-3CBB919777E1} - (no file)
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {000020DD-C72E-4113-AF77-DD56626C6C42} - C:\WINDOWS\twaintec.dll
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {0000CC75-ACF3-4cac-A0A9-DD3868E06852} - (no file)
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {0428FFC7-1931-45b7-95CB-3CBB919777E1} - (no file)
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {2E12B523-3D4C-4FAC-9B04-0376A8F5E879} - c:\windows\WindowsIE.dll
O16 - DPF: {1D6711C8-7154-40BB-8380-3DEA45B69CBF} (Web P2P Installer) -
O16 - DPF: {41F17733-B041-4099-A042-B518BB6A408C} - http://a1540.g.akama...meInstaller.exe
O16 - DPF: {88C51E90-8E9C-4C96-8A45-574D88B63FAF} (Matrix Class) - http://acceso.masmin...aaplicacion.cab[/b[

Now please reboot your computer.

Next could you please delete the following files/folders if they exist (showing hidden files):
[b]C:\WINDOWS\twaintec.dll <-file
C:\WINDOWS\WindowsIE.dll <-file
C:\WINDOWS\winietoolbar.ini <-file

Finally, get a new HijackThis log and paste it into this thread, stating wether or not problems persist.

Thank you and good luck!

Yes, 33 processes are more or less normal as you have some programs running (like Panda Anti Virus) that have multiple processes.

As for the log, there is just some minor clean-up:

You should be all set now as long as you are no longer experiencing any more problems.

I noticed you have DownloadAcceloratorPlus installed. That can cause some slow-down on your computer, just FYI.

Are you experiencing any more problems?

Well you may want to think about a hardware upgrade; how old is your computer?

Yeah, you might want to think of an upgrade to (at least) 512 of RAM with Windows XP and all those processes. Usually your local electronics store can help you with that if you don't know how. RAM is running pretty cheap these days so it shouldn't be too much of a hit to your wallet.
