homepage problem

Please help. I have tried spybot and ad-aware. Both found stuff that I had the program fix but problem persists. My homepage is hijacked to res://ojyvb.dll/index.html#37049. I believe this changes each time I use IE.

Thank you one and all for looking at this. I have sucessfully solved this problem by digging deeper into the Forum notes. Please diregard my request.
