I know my problem... Its the taskmgn.exe.. I have deleted it but it keeps coming back... It puts favorites and shortcuts on my desktop.

:love: Its the taskmgn and the telnetxp in the windows system32 folder. I have deleted the icons but it keeps coming back :(. At least I know where its coming from..

Ok... I dont see the infection in your log except the running process..

C:\WINDOWS\System32\taskmgn.exe

Have you tried deleting the file or just the entry?

Yeah it adds a web page to the desktop. Then puts about 5-10 web pages in your favorites. I have deleted the taskmgn.exe but I wasn't deleting the telnetxp.exe. I have done that now. It may be fixed ;). lol.. I was like wtf... telnetxp.. delete. It had the same icon as the webpage being put onto the desktop.
