Please bare with this lengty explanation. On 4/30/2004 I was infected with CWS and worked with your experts in eliminating it, which I appreciate very much. My problem is that at reboot, CWS starts coming back. I have become so used to my hijack this log that I immediately spot the reinfection and delete it and I am ok until the next reboot. Sometimes it gets too far along, and I get a DLL file I delete in killbox then remove some search page and home page info R1 and R0 stuff, a BHO and am ok again.

You will have to take my word that I was infected on 4/30/2004 as soon as I logged on and no files other than CWS should be created on that date. I read more about .exe files are infected and cause a reboot reinfection, so I looked at those listings on hijack this, and I have a windows\twain32 listing as watch.exe. I went there and found a file that was modified on the date of my infection. Am I on the right track? it is an .ini file opening in word pad. The last 04 on hijack this has
windows\twain32\s6u12bx\watch.exe........the folder s6u12bx has a file called gtsb.ini configuration settings that looks like this when open, and it was modified on the date of my infection 4/30/2004...hijack this log is below it...am I on the right track of thinking this kicks off my reinfection attempt on reboot?

this is open gtsb.ini file
