Help removing Virus Please :(

Hello Please see my Hijack this file.... I try to use INternet Explorer and it opens and maximizes off the screen... It also has pop ups everywhere that just open up. I am stuck using Netscape Please help me so I can use IE again :(

Please help I have pop ups like every 4 minutes now.... with search200.com and its puts a bar when i try to start IE a the bottom of the screen and GARFOX whatever that is??
