Ok i am trying to fix my cuz's computer but i have yet to figure out how this thing is doing this. I have run adaware spybot and hijack this and it still happens. What happens is when the computer boots up and they get on the internet it opens a page h++p://www.angelfire.com/falcon/halox445/gamma.html. The page opens up in the internet explorer that i just opend when i get on the internet the first time. When i close it and open up IE again it doesnt do it. But when i reconnect to the internet it will open up the page again. I have tried antivirus software the adaware software and other junk. I do not know what else to do. If anyone has any suggestions i would appreciate some help. Thanks ahead of time.

Have Hijack This fix all of the following by placing a check in the appropriate boxes and hitting fix checked. Make sure all browser and all Windows Explorer windows are closed before fixing.

R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Local Page = C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\blank.htm

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Mcafee Anti viro] svchost32.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [F37F02D8] C:\WINDOWS\System32\whypsxdacmohyi.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [MS Update] NortonPro.exe

O4 - HKLM\..\RunServices: [Mcafee Anti viro] svchost32.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\RunServices: [174DE568] C:\WINDOWS\System32\whypsxdacmohyi.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\RunServices: [MS Update] NortonPro.exe
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [Mcafee Anti viro] svchost32.exe
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [MS Update] NortonPro.exe

Reboot and delete

files
svchost32.exe
C:\WINDOWS\System32\whypsxdacmohyi.exe
NortonPro.exe

These may be hidden files. See HERE for how to show hidden files.

As these look to be viral files, please get an on line scan at either Housecall or Panda A/V, and let it fix anything it finds. Ensure that AVG is updated.

Please post a followup Hijack this log, and say if your problems persist.
