I'm not real knowledgeable about what I am doing. (and not just in whats happening in my life- also, with my computer, yukyuk)
I have an MSN dial up account for internet connect. Can i make it so that i can connect without having Explorer get involved? i fiddled around with trying to make a new dial up connection, but it always disconnects me with 650 or 691 error.
I can use Firefox after signing on, but isn't it still using IE since it must open to sign on?
WWould it be best to dump MSN and get another connection anyway? i would just as soon use yahoo's e-mail anyway, and it's free?
comments, explanations, appreciated.

It probably works similar to AOL. Just use it to get connected, then minimize it and use Firefox after it's connected.
