Help with Hijack File searchwww

Please could anyone advise on what to do to prevent searchwww hijack appearing and random pop-ups on my Internet Explorer.

Any help is much appreciated.

Is my system ok, removed searchwww - but does this hijack log look clean. Please could someone advise.
