Before I post my log file...

I just wanted to say that I've posted here one before months ago and my entire harddrive was cleaned up with the help of a really nice forum member who took the time to instruct me on what to do. I've since downloaded CW Shredder, Browser HiJack Blaster, Spybot, Adaware, the Google Toolbar & Spyware Blaster all running with my Norton Antivirus so I should have been set. I even started using Mozilla Firefox rather than IE as was advised here to avoid any further spyware/virus issues...

Well, about a week ago, I started getting pop-ups again. They were coming from my Internet Explorer even though it was not running as I stated - I only use Mozilla Firefox now...

I ran some scans with CW Shredder, Spybot and some other programs and didn't pay much regard at first. Now I believe the problem has grown as my computer seems to be running much slower and programs often close when running, such as Kazaa Lite, and approx. 5 mins. ago - Easy CD Creator (which ruined a disc in progress). I had to restart today because everything went screwy and my entire screen froze - I would really appreciate someone's help with this!!!

Here's my log file...
