I have followed the many steps of your FAQ, as well as the advice of many other forums and I am still having a malware problem. The biggest annoyance right now is that my browser has been hijacked and starts at the res://oqwav.dll/index.html#10213 screen. I can change my homepage in Internet Options, but this will only work for the first couple of times I start up my browser (Internet Explorer). After scanning with the latest versions of Ad-Aware and Spy-Bot, my browswer will again go back to being hijacked to res://oqwav.dll/index.html#10213 after I have opened it a couple of times. Scanning with Hijack this, and deleting all the Start and Search pages gives me the same result.

Here is my Hijack this log:

I'm sorry if I have missed something simple in the FAQ, but I am truly frustrated. Thank you for your help.

One other thing to add is that every time I scan with Ad-Aware I will come up with a bunch of Cool Web Search problems. Yet, whenever I scan with CWShredder, it comes up as saying that my computer is completely clean.

Hey ProblemedPedro,
This is one of the new variants of CWS that cannot be fixed with CWShredder.
If you still need help, post a fresh log here for review.
