What i don't understand about this forum is how the people with ability select people to help. It seems that if you post some basic question without reading all of the appropriate pinned topics then you get help, but if you read them all and still need help then noone gets involved with the trickier issues.

It's great that people are willing to help but why don't the helpers ignore those who haven't read the pinned help topics advising about the free spycheckers, cw shredder, etc? Then maybe more time could be spent helping those who have taken the time to run everything and are still stuck?

Welll done to all those who give up their time.

The reason some posts go unanswered, for a while anyway is because ther are over 1000 posts a day here, and only a few people posting replies!

While we try as hard as possible to help everybody, regardless of whether they have read the pinned topics or not, sometimes a post slips through the cracks.

Some helpers do not feel confident enough in their abilities to answer the more difficult pieces of malware, which further slows a respnse.
Be wary of strong drink. It may make you shoot at tax collectors, and miss!
