I've run S&D many times -- it finds and I then delete registry settings only to see them return after I reboot.
Everytime I use my IE - I get a pop-up for virus software or pop-up remover software or other things.
Also in my Windows/temp file is a file - ZLT033c7.tmp - that can not be removed. I rebooted in safe mode and the file is not there.
Here is my HJT log. Any and all help would be appreciated.

I kept reading other peoples post and finally decided to try something on my own since my post has sat here for more then a week without any help.
I deleted the line --

O2 - BHO: ohb Class - {4D568F0F-8AC9-40AB-88B7-415134C78777} - C:\WINDOWS\System32\winb2s32.dll

And everything is back to normal. Thanks to everybody that had some kind of a problem that was similar to mine -- I figured it out and now I'm a happy camper!
