Fixed in safe mode as per rubber ducky's instructions. The bad file for me that was removed in safe mode by ablut buster is the one that is showing as the last 2 in this log eemlkd.dll here is the log:

The file you removed in safe mode will regenerate itself up untill the main villain is trapped.
No point in tying ;)

Download and install : "FINDnFIX.exe" from any of
the links in my signature.

Run the "!LOG!.bat" file, wait for the final output (log.txt)
post the results....
