Please help me to use HJT properly. I tried to do it as suggested but I get very confused and I don't want to do something that might damage my computer. I see that other people put in their registry but I can't find a way to copy and paste it. Is there a way or do I need to just type it out?

I am sorry I am not very good at this. I just want my computer back to normal.
