Hi folks - please forgive if I'm posting in/on the wrong forum

I'm running Win 98 SE

To make a long story short - last night I was downloading the recommended updates off the microsoft site - I took all the updates they recommended for IE6 and win98

Now, the fonts on all my browsers are all screwed up - espeicially IE6 but also Netscape - so I'm guessing it has somehting to do with Win98

how are they screwed up you ask? well it seems to be mostly menu items and buttons - the top menu bar on this page and the code buttons above what I'm writing are all barely legible

Can anyone suggest how i might try to fix this problem?

Hold down your CTRL button and scroll your mouse wheel. If that fixes the problem, then it was only the text size setting in your browser. I'm not sure if that same procedure works in Netscape. You'll have to look in Netscape's menu for text size.

If that doesn't fix it, then I don't know. Maybe check the text size in Control panel > display properties.
